St David's School — a collection of pictures
W. Alister Williams
St David's School, Wrexham, opened in September 1957 and closed in July 2003 as part of the re-organisation of secondary education in Wrexham. During its short forty-six year history the school established an enviable reputation throughout north Wales for its academic excellence, extra-curricular activities and social life. This book celebrates the school by telling the story of pupils and staff through the eye of the camera. It is a unique record and will have an honoured placed on the bookshelf of anyone who was connected with St David's.
W. Alister Williams, a native of Gwynedd, was educated at Emanuel School, Pwllheli Grammar School and UCNW, Bangor. He taught at St David's School from 1976–90 before embarking on a career as a writer and publisher.
